This Friday, October 28th at 10am the kids from Abeona House Child Discovery Center will be leaving the 8600 block of Oak and heading down towards Carrollton and back up again for their 5th annual TRICK OR TREAT DOWN OAK! Join the Krewe of O.A.K. at 8 pm for their annual 1.25 mile loop in celebration of Mid Summer Mardi Gras. O.A.K stands for Outrageous And Kinky so don’t expect to see the usual Mardi Gras parade floats… wear a costume and join in the parade.
All welcome, totally free. Enjoy the brass bands and bring a drink. Parade will end back at the Maple Leaf Bar around 11:30 p.m.
